Welcome! My name is Jen and I’m so glad you found your way here. The first step is always an important one.
I take a holistic approach to my therapy practice, combining different therapeutic styles to support all aspects of the individual- emotional, cognitive, behavioural and even the spiritual aspects of wellbeing. I treat the whole person, not just their symptoms.
What's most important to me is that you feel like we're a good fit. So that you can feel completely comfortable in your decision to work with me, I offer a free 30 minute consultation either in-person, via video call or over the phone.




What you can expect from me is a safe and supportive environment where you can explore what you are going through and work together to create a life in which you are thriving, not just surviving.
I work with a wonderful mix of people from all walks of life. I do specialise in certain areas such as- trauma, childhood neglect and late diagnosed neurodivergence (such as Autism and ADHD) but I work with a wide variety of issues and experiences.
The way I work is very adaptable. You are unique so my approach to your therapy will be individualised and tailored to your specific needs.
